A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Susan moved to the Kansas City metropolitan area in 1992. She has held positions in commercial real estate and residential/commercial construction for the past twenty three years with most of those being in sales.
Susan joined RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate as Managing Broker in July 2016 to help lead their efforts as they expand into the commercial market. Specific services will target vacant land sites as well as real estate investments throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Prior to joining RE/MAX, Susan served as Vice President with Greg Patterson & Associates for almost nine years with her main focus in midtown Kansas City. She was instrumental in building the Greg Patterson & Associates' brand while having a hand in the evolution of the urban core of Kansas City.
In 2002 Susan began her commercial real estate career with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate as an industrial & commercial real estate specialist in Eastern Jackson and North Cass Counties.
