Matt Kincaid has done an excellent job as our realtor. My wife and I first got to know him when we were relocating to the Overland Park area and needed to find a home in less than a week. In that fast-moving process, Matt was well-organized and knowledgeable. As we looked at various houses, he quickly dialed in on what we wanted, always showing himself to be a good listener. When our out-of-state sale fell through at the last minute (due to our buyer’s buyer losing their financing), Matt took it as the calm professional he is and helped us reset. During the months it took for our out-of-state home to sell, Matt stayed in touch and kept us abreast on the market here in KC. And when we were finally ready to buy, Matt helped us to find a house that fit our needs even better than our first attempt. For us, Matt served as a Buyer’s agent, and in that role he was a great sounding board, pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of the houses we visited with the eye of an experienced professional.
