I currently live in this neighborhood, and I absolutely love the community. The HOA includes a neighborhood pool and a kid's play area. There are pool parties and events throughout the summer. The community makes a large effort to keep the neighborhood fun! Our home was built in the 1960s but has been renovated as many homes in the neighborhood have been. The tree-lined streets are beautiful, especially in the fall. Located in Gladstone and a quick drive to Linden Square. I can be in the city in 10 minutes by hopping on I-35.

Brooktree offers something special to its residents. There is a sense of hometown feel when you drive down Brooktree Lane. Everyone is out walking their dogs, watching their children ride their bikes down the sidewalks, and talking to their neighbors.

The amenities are far superior to any other subdivision remotely close. The olympic sized private swimming pool is staffed with lifeguards during the summer months. Want to practice those tennis skills day or night? No problem! The racquet club offers daytime fun and lights for nighttime play. Other amenities include a park and sand volleyball nestled behind the pool.

The location is by far my favorite feature of Brooktree. You feel as though you are far from the hustle of the big city. Big beautiful trees provide ample shade in the summer and create a nostalgic factor in the fall as you drive down Brooktree Lane. As a child, I remember being captivated by the feeling I got when driving down that tree lined street. I knew I'd live here one day.

Homeowners know they have something special here. That's why they tend to stay in Brooktree. Children have grown up here and moved back once they had families of their own. That's how wonderful this community is. All of these things add to that small town feel all while be nestled into the great city of Kansas City.
