    Four Colonies Has Something For Everyone
    Four Colonies is a well-known maintenance-provided community in Lenexa, Kansas. It is very close to my office, which I just love. There is something for everyone there. Some homes are free-standing, some are two-story townhomes, some are ranch style town homes, and there are even more floor plans! Being near the 87th Street Parkway and Quivira Road area makes it convenient to absolutely everything, including Oak Park Mall—the best shopping in all of Kansas City. Every kind of cuisine is available in the area as well. If being near medical help is important to you, Four Colonies is about halfway between Shawnee Mission Medical Center and Overland Park Regional Medical Center. It is just a few miles up Quivira Road to Johnson County Community College. Within the community are several pools and clubhouses; it would be tough to come up with a neighborhood that is more convenient than this one! The only drawback to the subdivision is the lack of covered parking. There are not many carports available and even fewer garages. But there is plenty of parking—it just isn't necessarily covered.

    Four Colonies is a residential community in Lenexa, comprised of townhomes, duplexes, and patio homes. Maintenance is provided for lawn care and exterior siding, as well as for the common grounds and recreational facilities. It features several pools and sport courts, as well as pretty walking trails. Four Colonies has an excellent location, near 79th and Quivira in Lenexa, with I-35 fairly close for an easy commute. It's a great place to live, with friendly neighbors.

It provides for roof repair and/or replacement, gutter repair and/or replacement, exterior painting (excluding fence), lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash/recycle pick-up, pool maintenance, clubhouse maintenance and miscellaneous other items. The subdivision includes 4 pools (including 1 adult pool), 4 tennis courts, 3 clubhouses, playground area, outdoor basketball court and 50 acres of green area and lighted walkways.

    Four Colonies in Lenexa is located on 100 acres equally divided between green space and housing. Four Colonies is in the Shawnee Mission school district. There are four outdoor pools. Three have wading pools and one is for adults only. There are three clubhouses and four tennis courts, two which have lights. Clubhouse #2 also has a well stocked library.
