    Sporting: The Lakewood community includes 2 basketball courts, 2volleyball courts, 6 tennis courts, 3 baseball diamonds 3 soccer fields and walking trails for Lakewood residents.

    Pools: There are 4 pools in Lakewood. The largest clubhouse pool underwent a renovation in 2012. The new children’s water park area is a big hit with parents and children alike. There is also a snack bar and waterslide. Lifeguards are on duty at all 4 pools.

    Fitness Center: Lakewood residents have access to a state of the art fitness center located in the main clubhouse. The fitness center features ellipticals, bikes, treadmills, weight machines, free weights and more.

    Clubs: There are several resident-run social clubs in Lakewood. From bridge and sailing club, to garden club and mom's club, there are activities for most any interest and age.

    Children’s Activities: Lakewood has several playgrounds scattered throughout the community along with a children’s waterpark at the main clubhouse pool. The community also sponsors several children's activities year round.
