Carolyn's is a great place to take the kids! We were there for over four hours enjoying all of the activities. Our first stop was the Pumpkin Donut Shop! Some of the activities they offer are feeding the barnyard animals, playing in the corn corral, taking a train ride and watching the pig races. My favorite thing was taking a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch and picking pumpkins. The kettle corn is tasty so don't leave without buying a bag of it to take home!

Growing up in Columbia, Old Chicago was always an option as a restaurant, until they closed about 10 years ago. I was so excited when I saw that they were opening a location in Liberty. You have to give it a try whether you love pizza, beer, or both you will love Old Chicago!

Wow, what does this mean? This community has grown exponentially, as anyone who grew up here can tell you. The community had a 14% increase from 2000-2014 and is continuing to grow. So with growth comes growing pains, as St. James has been seeing for quite some time. They are on a path to continue to fill the needs of the community and all that entails.

They have already increased the parking lot which already feels small but the community knows it will be as it should! They are currently working on a new church next to the current church. This will help them remain a pillar of the Catholic faith as they will have room for all those who want to attend but find it difficult with the current facility. Build and the people shall come! Actually, they have already started and will continue to come. Best wishes to St. James in their endeavor for a new facility, may it come as quickly as possible.
