    Talk about convenience and a coveted community! Sherwood Estates is a quiet, sweet, and convenient Kansas City community. The location is prime with easy access to a few different major thoroughfares and highways making the commute from the Northland simple and easy to anywhere in the metro. There are a lot of restaurants and options for grocery shopping nearby. The homes are super affordable, and for the most part, well-maintained. Pride of ownership really shines. If you want some space, most of the homes have nice sized lots. There is also a variety of floor plans ranging from ranches, raised ranches, 1.5 story, 2 story homes, and some splits. Prices range anywhere from upper $100's to the low $300's and range from 3-4 bedroom homes with and without basements.
