The Green Meadows Subdivision Real Estate And Homes For Sale In Lawrence, KS

The homes around the Green Meadows Subdivision are by Green Meadows Park, which consists of a recreational trail and open fields. The access points are from the west, off of Morningside Drive and from the north off of Brush Creek Drive. This is a great subdivision to live in, especially if you have kids or pets.

Green Meadows was the second neighborhood where I lived in Lawrence. Located just north of the Kasold "curve", it's as near Target and Home Depot as it is HyVee on Clinton Parkway, only a couple minutes in either direction. My favorite memories of the neighborhood were running on the trail that bordered my backyard which winds back through Green Meadows Park.

Built in the mid 1990's, the neighborhood sits just west of Kasold, and has nearby, easy access to K-10. Sitting adjacent to Green Meadows Park, a wide, aptly-named meadow, the neighborhood has growing trees and open spaces perfect for families with children and pets.
