There is a very good reason that Jeff Williams has nothing but five star reviews. My first dealing with Jeff was buying my current house. Jeff was the seller's agent. Even though he clearly represented the seller, his goal was not to just work out a deal but to try to make sure that it was fair and it served the best interests everyone. How could I not respect a realtor with those kinds of values? I have found Jeff to have the highest of moral standards in EVERYTHING he does. Jeff is also very involved in the community and volunteers for many boards and community services.After buying my current house from Jeff, I decided to sell my former residence and to liquidate my rental houses. Jeff has sold seven houses for me over the last few years including a lake house I owned in another town that I had no choice but to list with an out of town realtor. Of course Jeff has to make a living but I am thoroughly convinced that money is not his driving factor in selling real estate; it's the people.After many dealings with Jeff, I do consider him a friend but I assure you that I am not special. If you are reading reviews of realtors to randomly find one as a buyer or a seller, I give you my personal guarantee that Jeff will treat you as if you are the most important client that he has. I would also have no reservation of contacting him on a property that he has listed as a seller's agent. I can't praise him enough. He is just that good.

Good work but had to go with the listing agent because the listing agent had a monopoly on the purchase contract and since the seller was also being represented by a real estate attorney for foreclosure proceeding it became necessary to involve other government officials also.

Jeff Williams and his team did a spectacular job advertising the house I had to sell and it sold far sooner than I expected it to. Jeff also patiently showed me a bunch of houses before finding the perfect one for me. Ek Real Estate provided excellent service for a reasonable fee.

Is there enough space to adequately praise this man as a realtor and human being? I realistically met Jeff when he sold me my current home. As a seller's agent, he was very fair to me as the buyer, while still looking out for the buyer's interests as he was obligated to do.

I was so impressed as a buyer, I decided to list with Jeff, my old home, along with three rental properties in the town that I had moved from. One rental sold immediately. After closing, the buyer complained the back yard wasn't mowed and Jeff paid to have it mowed out of his own pocket.

My old home was very unusual and difficult to sell because it was a probably the most prominent house in town, difficult to finance and multiple people would actually act like they wanted to buy it, just because they wanted a tour. It took about a year, but even in a bad housing market, Jeff sold the house along with the rental next door. I have one rental left to sell and have every confidence that it will sell, for the best possible price as soon as possible.

Not all realtors are professionals. I have a vacation home, in a town not normally serviced by Jeff that I have listed with multiple realtors. I can't begin to tell you all the nightmares I have had with EVERY realtor I have have dealt with (four agencies, so far). Even though Jeff is an "out of town" realtor, I believe he can do a better job selling this house for me and am considering listing it with him when my current contract expires.

Jeff, as a realtor, will ALWAYS answer his phone or will call you back as soon as he is available. He will ALWAYS take the high road, instead of the easy road. Jeff was an Eagle Scout and it shows. He is highly involved in the community, his church, his business and still makes time for his family. Personally, he is an inspiration to me. I met him as a business man but also consider him a friend. I've gone to him twice for personal reasons and he has given me great advice. Once was very important and the other was mundane. Both times he treated me with the greatest respect, as he does everyone.

If you have ever had a bad experience with a realtor, you need to see Jeff and his daughter, Bre (she is fabulous too). He will change your perception of realtors. I promise.

Jeff was a very professional, knowledgeable, patient, persistent, and personable person to work with. As a first time home buyer he was set on finding the house that would fit me and patiently explained each process as we went through it. I felt I had a teammate in the home buying process. A genuine person.

Jeff and his team are amazing. If you are buying or selling in his area, you most definitely want to use them. I genuinely believe he was more concerned with me being happy with this big step in my life, than he was about making a buck. My experience with Jeff and his family was terrific. I'm 100% certain yours will be as well.

Jeff, Bre, and Deb provided nothing short of an excellence experience for my family. Jeff was not interested in just selling us a house, he was interested in helping us find a home that suited our families needs. Jeff and his team were never pushy, and he always made us feel like we were a priority. We will buy our next house from Jeff and we will continue to recommend him to family and friends. We bought our home from Jeff and he sold our home. If you are in the market for a home you will not be able to find a better, more helpful team.
