    I am beyond happy with my experience I thought selling our house would be stressful and chaotic, I was expecting the process to be drawn out and lengthy. Thank you Kayla for all of your hard work and your speedy responses!

    It was only days after I contacted Kayla about selling our house that she and her team came to do a walk-through to give us some pointers and tips before putting it on the market. It probably could have been faster if it would have worked with my family's schedule. We did everything they suggested such as clearing out the clutter (we just got a storage unit and put everything in it that we wouldn't need for the next 6 months) and a little deep cleaning. Kayla hired a photographer, she was outstanding as well she gave me pointers on how to "stage" the house. Kayla and the photographer helped move things to the best place in the house while I kept my kids entertained and out of their way. We had our first viewing less than two weeks after it listed and an offer on the 11th day! Kayla explained every step along the way! I was having issues reaching out to contractors the buyers wanted to use; Kayla jump training and took it upon herself to contact those contractors to get everything straightened out in the communication flowing between the three of us! At the end I had hired a cleaning company to come to the house and they did awful! Kayla was there with me to support me and request a refund or a second cleaning of the house prior to the signing day. we cannot be there to inspect their work so Kayla was more than happy to go and make sure that the job is well done before the homeowners moved in.

    We are a military family and we were going to go with USAA but when we bought our house we had a terrible experience with USAA. Remax did offer a discount for choosing them over USAA for military families. I never would have gotten someone so dedicated and willing to put forth so much effort as what Kayla did anywhere else.

    Kayla was very helpful. We went to the open house that we saw online and she was there with lots of knowledge of the home. We were sold before we walked out of the house!     We arrived back to Kansas after living in Missouri for many years. My husband and I looked for homes in both states. Between Missouri and Kansas we have met a lot of realtors and she is by far the nicest one we came in contact with. Kayla was helpful from the very first contact we had with her at an open house.
