I’ve spent the last 15 years of my professional life in the real estate industry. I’ve enjoyed working with builders as they create new developments, with investors, and in property management, finance and banking. All of those experiences have given me great training and the right set of skills and knowledge to provide excellent service as your REALTOR®.
Two of my three children have left the nest for careers in the US Army. That “nearly-empty” nest has allowed me to focus on not just what I need to do, but what I truly WANT to do. My passion and my heart have always been in the customer service side of real estate, and that’s what led me to become a REALTOR®. Whether a client is buying or selling, nothing makes my heart happier than knowing I helped them achieve their goal!
Buying or selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming. I want to take that stress off my clients, and turn the process into an enjoyable experience, feeling confident that they are in good hands with me. I want my buyers to find a home, not just a house. I want my sellers to feel good about their sale, knowing they were well taken care of throughout the process. I believe in taking care of people – not just the bottom line.
I’ve spent the majority of my life in Topeka, and in all areas of Topeka. This helps me give my clients a very personalized experience because of my familiarity with the local areas. I am exceptionally qualified to help people find the right home for them, or zero in on the great qualities their home has to offer when it’s time to sell. Every property is unique and different, and every client is as well. I will treat every property and every client as an individual, based on individual needs, wants and desires!
I have never measured success in quantity, but rather in quality. If I can end every day knowing I helped one person be their best self and live their best life by providing honesty, integrity, listening and respect, then I can count each day as a success!
