    Sold a single family home in 2015 in Parkade, Columbia, MO 65202.
    I cannot say enough how great it was to work with Steve. From beginning to end, he was wonderful. He is easy to communicate with, honest, knowledgeable, and very prompt. He gave us quick feedback on our showings and definitely represented us. This was our first time selling a house and he definitely made the process easy. Whenever we had a question or concern about something, he was quick to answer. He even went to our house on a Saturday and let my dad in while we were out of town to help us out. I don't know very many realtors that would go out of their way to help a client out especially on a Saturday. I really appreciate everything he did for us!

    Steve was very knowledgeable about the Columbia area. He always got back to me in a timely manner, and I felt like I could totally trust him. He was very helpful when guiding me through what turned out to be a complicated closing process(not through any fault of his).
