Dakota and the Chapin team were amazing! From the initial meeting to closing, we felt Dakota had our best interest in heart. He made us feel very comfortable in a process that is typically very stressful. He got our house sold, and found us a new house that we love. We couldn't thank him and his team enough.

Dakota was beyond phenomenal he made the whole process easy and sweet! There wasn’t a moment where I felt lost or didn’t have the right information. When my Fiancé and I first started looking we ran into an issue with our bank loan but Dakota quickly got us to the right people at fountain mortgage and within a month we had found our new home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone !

Dakota was awesome I really mean that! From the very 1st day we met him over a yr ago he was outgoing and very helpful always was there no matter what questions we had or when we wanted to see one if the 100 homes we seen!
