I have been serving the Kansas City area as a licensed REALTOR® since 2002. While a wife and mother to 4 children, I work hard to go above and beyond to provide my clients with a responsive, stress-free, VIP-style experience.

    Deborah was attentive, on the ball if something went sideways and was always there for us. She even came over (and brought her kids) to help me pack up and clean! Her follow up after the sale was excellent as well. I would definately recommend Deborah!

    Deborah worked constantly with us provided useful suggestions and prioritization when preparing our home for sale. She also helped us at the same time through the purchase of our new home. She had excellent contacts for the various services needed when preparing a home for sale or moving into a new one. Deborah helped us get a great bid on our house and helped us make just the right bid on our future home. Throughout all of it she was available and ready to assist which is the biggest thing.

She won’t blink an eye if you ask to see 4 or 10 houses in one weekend, and will show up with the full 411 on the property.     Deborah is dedicated to her work. She is energetic, kind, patient, and always goes the extra mile to help her client's find the home that fits them. When selling your home, she is extremely knowledgeable, and does her homework to get you fair market price for your property.     She was a great help in selling our home for us when we could not do things being so far away. She scheduled repair people and helped us find the perfect people to update our house for the sale. She went the extra mile to help us, including picking a few weeds and taking out the trash.

    Deb was fantastic, she worked tirelessly for us answering emails and texts at all hours and all the day of the week. She was so dedicated to helping us find the right home and advising us on how to stage our home for sale. Our house sold with the first walkthrough and the new owners met our selling price without issue or counteroffer (this is very unusual). Debs candor is spot on. She would let us know truthfully, issues, and if a house was a good fit for us or not. We wanted to just settle a few times but Deb kept pushing us forward to find just what we were looking for, and we did. We are so thankful that she is our realtor. She still answers questions and helps us find answers after two weeks of being in our new home. My wife and I Thank you Deb. We are truly blessed to know you.
