Jay was super helpful and answered all of our questions with honesty and integrity! He was very quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls. He spent his whole weekend with us and pointed out specific things to look for and look out for along the way in every house. Very knowledgeable about every house we looked at, and was honest with us about if he thought it was a house we would be interested in or not. If he didn't know something he would reach out to the seller/realtor to find the information we were looking for immediately. He made us aware of every step along the way, and what would come next in the process, and has a wide network of people in different occupations to help with inspections and financing during the purchase, as well as assist with repairs or any information after purchase. My wife and I used Jay to sell our home and to purchase our new home and couldn't have been happier. We weren't planning on selling till next year, but Jay explained the market to us and so we followed his advice and how to get our place ready, and we had 3 offers in 2 days, He also explained the types of offers we could expect,, so we knew the best one to choose. He even came to our closing.He was there for us from the start to the finish. You couldn't plck a better realtor
