She coordinated my new property search and navigated me through the local listings based on her experience and insight about various neighborhoods. She was able to work around my travel schedule and make herself available to view listings on those occasions when I was in town. When I was ready to make a bid, her professional recommendations were very helpful in bringing the negotiations to a close. I should add that she continued to assist post-closing. As buyers, we weren't easy. We were relocating from out of state with our hobby farm. Not bringing our animals wasn't an option and we needed to live in Kansas City limits. Plus we are more comfortable describing our house hunting in terms of how we want to live/use a property versus having a defined checklist of must haves and deal breakers. Kelly was incredibly patient and flexible and communicative. She gamely went to look at a variety of properties and was straightforward in sharing her thoughts on the value of the properties and how well she thought it would meet our needs. She saved us tremendous legwork. When we finally found the two properties, she was a tireless navigator. She saved us from making a costly mistake over offering, was professional in her dealings with the sellers, and truly went above and beyond in working with our bank when it became difficult about making the wire. Her trustworthiness, advocacy, and support made what is always a stressful event so much better. (And we love our new home. She promised it was there and she was right. :))
