I'm proud of the early stages of this career adventure. I transitioned out of running my own home improvement business and went full time after my third closing.
I've discovered that I'm made for this game. I started when the market began to surge upward, but its a competitive world. I'm still thrilled to gain a new client relationship every week.
I'm building a referral based business based on relational trust. Real estate is a dynamic arena- contracts live and die by a lot of intangibles. Emotions and market minutia shift the large data system we are all trying to leverage for the sake of our family dreams. What a thing to engage in, what a worthy cause to win someone's trust for. That's what wakes me up to hunt the ripe opportunities that win the day for my clients.
I've closed deals above $600K and below $100K. I don't see dollars first. That's why my name gets shared.
Though most of my business is in Platte and Clay County, I've broken the sale ceiling in a neighborhood in Jackson County, and fought through some scarce inventory for buyer's in KCK who wanted the most for their first purchase. What I do well fits any section of this town, for the people I choose to serve.
I speak Spanish and can navigate every part of the transaction. At the moment I write this bio, I've closed 4 deals in Spanish.
