Shaun Ashley is the Director of Opportunity at RE/MAX Heritage in Blue Springs, MO.
A native of Independence, Missouri, Shaun brings a diverse background to the RE/MAX Heritage Team. After graduating from Truman High School he decided to bypass college and enter the business world. His career began in the Banking Industry in which he held numerous positions including time in the lending department. In 2001 he entered the IT world which he was in until May 2017 when he joined the RE/MAX Heritage team. Shaun has held his Real Estate License since 2008. Prior to joining the team at RE/MAX Heritage he enjoyed a very successful career selling Real Estate even though it was not a “Full-Time” deal. Shaun is very dedicated to helping his clients realize their real estate dreams.
Over the past year I have taken tremendous pride in improving my profession. In Feb 2019 I got my Broker's license in the State of Missouri and then in Sept 2019 in the State of Kansas. I have also taken class to get my ABR Designation which stands for Accredited Buyer's Representative and a class to get my SRS Designation which stands for Sellers Representative Specialist. I believe that in order to provide my clients with the best service out there I always need to be bettering myself.

    Shaun was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient with our family, i couldn't ask for anyone better!!! Never once did he get upset or frustrated with us while being dragged all over the kansas city metro area! We are very thankful for him!

    We truly hit the realtor jackpot with Shaun! We had a very tight schedule that we needed to sell by and he sold our house faster than we knew possible! His whole team works seamlessly together to make sure every step is extremely smooth for his clients. He would let us know he had taken care of a step before we even knew to ask or wonder about what the next step might be. Shaun's knowledge of real estate was evident in the way he diffused challenges with ease. He was available by text, phone, and email any time we had any questions about the process and took as much time as needed to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We truly believe that we would not have received the selling price and speed of closing with any other realtor. Shaun's expertise and professionalism are exemplary. Shaun is hands-down the best realtor we could ask for.

    Sold a single family home in 2021 in Highland Manor, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
    Wow! So happy we spoke with and then went with Shaun to list or house. We considered selling by owner but decided to just talk to Shaun. He was so confident in his talk with us that he could get what we wanted out of or home that we signed on the dotted line. His photographer took beautiful pictures of our home and had it staged just wonderful. He said he thought we’d have multiple offers in a matter of days. On the third day we, indeed, had multiple offers. Shaun kept us informed and did so much to move the process along and we closed on time. I was dreading trying to do it all ourselves and so happy we chose to go with Shaun. He took a great deal of weight off our shoulders and did everything he said he would and then some!

    Looked out for our best interest not there to just to make a sale when we were looking for our new home. Did a wonderful job selling our house as well.     Shaun, Did everything we asked of him and more, He answered my questions no matter how dumb or silly the sounded.     Shaun was absolutely amazing to work with start to finish. He made selling our former house and purchasing our new home easy and painless. His method of listing, advertising, and marketing are all incredible! Our home was under contract 5 hours after it went on the market!
