Don't be stressed about getting your Christmas tree to the curb on time or disposing of your tree responsibly. Blue Springs Parks and Recreation will accept your holiday tree (minus the ornaments, tinsel and lights) Monday, December 26th - Sunday, January 15th to be chipped into a fertilizer mulch and then used at a later date in the Blue Springs Park system. Simply drop off your tree in the designated area at Pink Hills Parks west parking lot. They will take your cardboard boxes too! The Pink Hill Park Recycling Center is open on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
