    The Crestview subdivision is located just south of Vivian Rd and I-29 Highway. It is just to the east side of N Oak Trafficway. This convenient location allows for grocery and other shopping within walking distance, but also a quick hop on the highway to commute around the city. This subdivision is comprised of older homes, mostly built in the 1940s and early 1950s. You will find smaller homes here with living space around 1,000 square feet in the common areas. Floor plans vary, but ranch homes are prevalent. Students living in the neighborhood attend nearby Crestview Elementary, Northgate Middle, and North Kansas City High School.
