    As a Crimson Ridge resident of over a decade, I wanted to provide some personal insight into living in this beautiful neighborhood.

    The neighbors are great and welcoming in this area. You will frequently see neighbors sitting in their lawn chairs enjoying the warm Kansas summer nights. As a retired member of the HOA Board, I can tell you the HOA does a great job of communicating with residents and maintaining the large, salt-water neighborhood pool. The neighborhood is well-kept and feels unlike any other neighborhood in the area. I still enjoy driving through every once in a while!

    The neighborhood is close to the newest Walmart in the area on Silverheel Street (only five minutes away). Go just a few more minutes down Silverheel and it will take you to a hot spot of businesses such as Starbucks, Papa Johns, Chipotle, Country Club Bank, and Price Chopper just to name a few. A brand new library was recently finished in this area as well!

    Overall, it is an immaculate neighborhood, close to any store or business you could possibly need. The neighbors are friendly and it is a great neighborhood to raise children.
