  • Gardner is such a great suburb outside of Kansas City. Nice quiet drive from the hustle and bustle of the city life. This town has everything you could want and need. Great schools, close to shopping, all in a small town feel.
  • Gardner offers a great small town feel, but has easy access to highways and larger suburbs of downtown Kansas City. Gardner has a great school district. Gardner is growing with more and more families relocating to the town, due to new job opportunities and growth with commercial jobs such as: the rail system with over 5000 new jobs being offered and the Amazon plant near Edgerton, which is five minutes outside of Gardner. As a lifelong resident of Kansas City, I watched Olathe grow from a small town just south of the city, into a connected suburb on the southwest part of Kansas City. Right now Gardner is that same city from years ago. Located just a few miles down I-35 from Olathe, Gardner currently has a population of about 20K. The schools are growing and provide high quality services to the residents and there are many fun things to do like visit the Gardner Aquatic Center or nearby Gardner Lake.
