Parkville, Missouri is located on the Missouri River in Platte County and has a population of 5,554 residents. The city is known for its historic downtown with antique shops and art galleries. Parkville will be celebrating its 25th anniversary of Christmas on the River on November 30th, 2018 from 6:00-10:00 p.m. This is a wonderful family event that is sure to create some great memories. There will be plenty of activities to enjoy including the following: photos with Santa, live holiday entertainment on the main stage, hayrides, Dickens Carolers, decorating sugar cookies, a fireworks show, shopping, and a 1000 voice choir. Free shuttle service will be provided from designated areas in town.
