    Sugarland is a neighborhood on the north side of Pleasant Hill, with homes in many price ranges. This neighborhood has several beautiful places to fish, walk, bike, or picnic. Mystery Hill Park is one of these great parks, available for use by the residents of Sugarland.

    The park includes large open grassy areas, a picnic shelter, grills (bring your own charcoal), and a nearby walking trail. There are water and electricity available at or near the picnic shelter. If you plan on using this you will need permission from the HOA, after filling out the proper paperwork. During the winter months, Mystery Hill Park also includes a great hill for sledding! With a small parking lot available you can drive if you are in a different area of the neighborhood or walk such as residents of Sugarland at Whispering Ridge and Sugarland Estates.
