    It's that time of year again! The school year is just around the corner and buses are already starting their engines. Don't procrastinate the dreaded school supplies shopping until the last minute!

    Timber Hills is located conveniently right off of I-470 and just two miles south of I-70. This makes the neighborhood a perfect location for those who commute to and from Kansas City for work! But if you do, you should be advised that Pittman Rd, Cryster Ave, and Phelps Rd that run over I-70 will be closed from May 29 until November 1, 2018. This may put a delay on the commute for residence in the area depending on their destination!

    I first discovered Timber Hills when searching for a home for my family. As a realtor, I toured home after home to seek the right fit. Although we ultimately purchased in a neighboring community, Timber Hills ranked high on our list. My family fell in love with it because of the many trees and how many of the homes backed up to green-space. These factors lend to a very private setting, which is something that is hard to find in the Lee's Summit suburbs. The rolling hills throughout the community add to its character. There is also something to be said about the convenience and quality of the community pool! Thanks to their homeowners association, Timber Hills stays in the most pristine conditions. I give Timber Hills two thumbs up for sure!
