    Constructed beginning in 1984, Williamsbrook Condominiums consists of six separate buildings containing a total of 39 individual units. All were originally built as 2 bedroom units with 1 to 3 baths. There is a variety of units in the complex. The largest being the floor plan with two stories and a full basement. Smaller units are all on one level. Some have basements but not all. There are nine parking structures providing 29 carports for units that are identified by the address on the carport. All units addresses are on Nall Avenue, from 7400 to 7476 Nall. While the complex actually sits in Overland Park, the mailing address is Prairie Village, Kansas. These units are truly maintenance free living. The Home Owner's Association is professionally managed. Dues are currently $275 per month. Most units have had their interiors updated to current standards. The complex has a private swimming pool that is open from approximately May 15 to September 15 each year. There are very few investor owned units and the HOA does restrict overall investor ownership. There is an exit on Nall Avenue. The main entrance/exit is on 75th Street just west of Nall. Originally there was an entrance also on Nall, but it has been closed to prevent 'cut through' traffic escaping backups on Nall at 75th Street. Residents can easily take the sidewalk across Nall, which runs along Tomahawk Road directly to the Shops at Prairie Village. This is only about a mile walk each way. Welcome to 'Perfect Village'
