There is plenty of shopping, and a new QT down the street right on the other side of 69 Hwy. There are big homes that are less than five years old and this is a great neighborhood. There have been nine sales in the last six months and one active listing.
  • Wyngate is a wonderful family-friendly community in Southern Overland Park. The community is located on the east side of Switzer between 159th and 167th. The location provides for a country feel but is still near great dining and shopping opportunities. Home prices range between $500K to $700K and are primarily 1.5 and 2 story homes. New homes are available through Rodrock Homes. HOA dues are around $950/yr and include a pool, clubhouse, play area, basketball court, sand volleyball, and walking trails. The Overland Park Arboretum is just minutes away. Wyngate is also served by the award-winning Blue Valley School District where schools are within walking distance.
