Fran and her team are simply the best. We tried to sell our condo on our own, not understanding the unique lake market. After a few unsuccessful weeks, we enlisted Fran and her team to get the job done. And, they certainly did quickly in a slow market. The lake is a seasonal place and we were prepared to have a long wait for a buyer. Fran and her team have an amazing marketing plan, they reach far and wide, they have unprecedented networking and with a few short weeks, we were under contract. Feedback was always timely and moving through closing was a breeze. We are in Arizona and not once did we feel like were weren't sitting at the desk with Fran to finish up the details.I cannot give them a high enough recommendation.
