Jeff Krantz, Agent/Broker, is the founder of Krantz & Associates and has been affiliated with the Lake of the Ozarks for over 35 years. His parents owned Point Breeze Resort from 1969 to 1982 and remained second homeowners after that time. Jeff’s love of the lake resulted in becoming a full time resident in 1990. Jeff has been in the real estate business since 1994 and has a background in Accounting. Jeff and Melissa have three children, Kassy, Jacob, and Zach. Jeff is confident that Krantz & Associates has the ability to assist first time home buyers, as well as experienced commercial investors.
Melissa Krantz, Agent/Broker, is the co-founder of Krantz & Associates and has been acquainted with the lake since the 1970’s. Melissa has been inspirational in making Krantz & Associates the company to call for all of your real estate needs at the lake. Her specialties in the office are working with past clients, luxury homes, and referrals. She has been involved in over 1,000 transactions. She is one of the founding members of the RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks Charitable Foundation. Jeff and her are also co-owners of RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks.
