I continue to be involved with Woodcreek Townhomes via a business colleague who manages the complex and a client who is president of the Board. I believe there are 18 buildings with 6 two-story-plus-basement individually-owned townhouses in each. They are almost like Brooklyn "brownstones" without the stones. There are two buildings with condo units, a playground for the children and an office. Great location if you need to access I-70 for work and very affordable in the $100,000 +/- range with a basement.
