Eric has an outstanding knowledge of the local market and has some great references as far as lenders, closing offices and home inspectors. The financing my wife and I were trying to get created it's own problems, though Eric wasn't extremely familiar with trying to obtain fha financing on a manufactured home, he always had a quick answer to our questions. If he wasn't sure when asked he would find out. I can't express how satisfied we are with the service he provided. Eric was never pushy and never tried to talk us into a house that we weren't interested in, as others had. I truly believe that had we not found Eric and used his recommendations my wife and I would not be in the home we are today.
