    Cherry Hills Subdivision
As a past resident of this neighborhood, established from approximately 2000 through 2010, I can tell you it has all the amenities of the city - modern streets with excellent lighting, curbs and sidewalks, water, sewer, gas, and electricity provided by Springfield City Utilities. Yet, it's set out approximately 2 miles east of Springfield in an area very near country roads and country living. It does not attract "through traffic" and is a very safe place to raise children, walk, bike ride, and more. Homes in the neighborhood range from the mid $100K's up to near $300K. This range is due to the variety of single-level homes to principally homes with full, finished basements. As of the beginning of December 2015, there are four properties currently for sale.

Almost all homes in the area are brick and/or stone together with permanent siding, making it a community of homes with low exterior maintenance. Couple that with covenants and restrictions, this is a neighborhood that is keeping its value through the years. This neighborhood is approximately 4 miles (and less than 10 minutes) from Sam's, Wal-Mart, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, a fitness center, and more along East Sunshine.
