This is every dog owners dream! You can wash your car and your dog at the same place! No need to bring soaps or flea and tick treatments. There is a wonderful cleaning station with a great ramp to help get your dog in the tank. You can clean your dog as cheap as $5. It normally costs me about $7. There is no getting on your knees, or cleaning your bathroom after you're done. And then go right around the corner to let your dog and children play at Blue Springs Park.

I just left Walmart Neighborhood Market. I was impressed. I'm not a Super Center Walmart fan at all. In fact, I would rather pay a little more to avoid it. The Walmart Neighborhood Market is at the corner of 7 Hwy and Duncan Rd. It has a little of everything; friendly staff and it's not over crowded with useless items! You should check it out; you won't be disappointed.

I am hearing some rave reviews about a new coffee shop tucked away in downtown Blue Springs. Located on 1120 NW Oak Street, it looks unique, beautiful, and comfortable ambience. It looks like it would be a wonderful place to meet friends or just take a book and relax. They have coffee cakes and a singer. I cannot wait to check it out and will definitely be updating her on my agent insight!

This is one of my personal favorites to take care of my sweet tooth! Andy's Frozen Custard originally started in 1986 in Osage Beach. This company has since grown to five states including Missouri, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Illinois. There are already locations planned in Kansas, Tennessee, Florida, and Colorado. If you leave Andy's and still have a sweet tooth that needs taken care of it's your fault. Give this place a shot. • When settlers were traveling west, they found that this area was a super place to stop because there was a large amount of cold and clean water from the Little Blue River. So this area became known as Blue Springs.

And because of this need for the pioneers to have water and additional supplies, this led to the constructions of grist mill and pioneers who decided to settle here. The specific site of Burrus Old Mill Park, right on Wood’s Chapel Road.
