We were living out of town, so not only did he find the house, he coordinated everything from contract negotiation, inspection and subsequent repairs, to making sure our family could see the house in person (as we were buying sight unseen) and making sure everything was in order for us to close on time. Caleb was always on time with every appointment he set which is important & amazing around a holiday . Caleb always responded right away to all of our calls, texts & emails.
