    Park Plaza is a lovely and vibrant dog friendly and family friendly neighborhood, situated in the heart of the Northland. Many of the residents enjoy the finer side of what Kansas City has to offer; live music, good food, movies, hiking, wine, travel and cooking. The neighbors even have a residents only website on NextDoor, in which they share any interesting news about the neighborhood activities, things to sell, and important events that are coming up.

    It's really a place to be part of a close knit community, with beautiful homes and great neighbors. You can find a house you want almost anywhere, but if you want to make that house into a home, and a place to love thy neighbors, Park Plaza could be perfect for you.

You can also have the right home with a ton of exposure, but if it's over or under priced, it will also sit.
