    All I can say is Gwen YOU are amazing! I never have experienced selling and buying a house at the same time with a short closing date. Very stressful to say the least! Gwen kept me sane she went above and beyond to make our dream of our forever home a positive and exciting time. She even went as far as to take my plants to her home so I didnt have to put them in the cold uhaul to die, then when we walked in our new house for the first time there they were. She constantly checked in on us to make sure we didnt need anything. We were truly blessed and gained a forever friend as well as our forever home.
