I absolutely love being a part of one of the most important decisions of one's life and helping them through the entire process. I have a passion for real estate and working with people. I am so lucky to work with wonderful people everyday and to be able to call each and every customer a friend. I am an aggressive agent but I never pressure anyone when it comes to making one of the biggest decisions of your life!

    My wife and I recently purchased a house in Emporia, Ks. We chose Jeff because of all the great things we had heard in the community and we got exactly what we had hoped for. Jeff did his absolute best to get us everything we wanted. This was our first time buying a house and had no idea what to expect. Jeff made the process very easy and did everything he could to help us out. He always had time to answer our questions and to sit down and talk with us. He explained every step very well and we knew what to expect whenever something came up. I would highly encourage everyone to allow Jeff to help you with your real estate needs.     Jeff is awesome! We have done business with him for several years and he always works for you and communicates very well. We buy homes and refurbish them and he always sells them for us and our personal homes wither we are looking for another one or selling ours he is always there and available. It doesn't matter how many homes we want to see before we buy he never makes us feel like we are bothering him.

    He came highly recommended by friend in the Emporia Police department. I figured I should be able to trust who the police trust and I was right. He was very patient as we looked at house after house. Answered all of our questions and when he didn't know the answer if found it and got back to us promptly.     Jeff has sold three houses for us - we put the first house on the market on Friday and Jeff sold it on Monday - the second house was sold before Jeff even got his sign in our yard. The third house took a couple of weeks to sell. Jeff knows how to match his clients to available properties. You never feel like he is wasting your time either when showing your house to prospective buyers or when showing you available properties. I guess that's why Jeff is the number one seller in our area. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone I know who is buying or selling a house. Jeff is always willing to work around his client's schedule. You can always trust Jeff to work as hard as he can to either sell your property or in helping you find your new home.
