We have worked with Jennifer for years now. We were introduced through Veterans United while buying our first home with a VA loan. I came in from out of town for only a few days, Jennifer drove me around and busted our butts to see as many houses as possible. Once we were able to find the one it was all a breeze from there. Four years later, Jennifer helped us sell that same house, she also represented the buyers, and throughout the process provided factual information without bias. She was always transparent and helpful. It doesn’t hurt that she’s also very hard working and a genuinely nice person. It was great working with her and look forward to seeing each other again in the future!

Buying or selling home is a stressful experience especially if you are making a long distance move, in our case from Puyallup, WA to Wamego, KS, purchasing land and building a home. There was stress, but from August 1, 2021 until we closed on our custom home on September 30, 2022, Jeffifer was with us every step of the way and did everything possible to minimize our stress. She was their when my wife and daughter flew out to look at one or two homes and on the same visit a couple of parcels of land one of which we purchased. Jennifer was with us when we flew back out, closed on the land purchase as well as standing out in the freezing wind as we walk the parcel and the builder gave us a tentative 'siting'--"this is where we are going to build it for you" Over the early months, Jennifer took videos and still photographs as the foundation was laid, the structure taking shape all up until we sold our home in June and traveled to Kansas. She helped selected colors, carpets, stonework throughout the house and tips on what we should ask from the builder. The voice of experience was greatly appreciated. And she was there for our closing and signing off with the bank. Awesome job! Great Support. Jennifer gets a 5 Star rating. I would give her ten stars if the scale went that high.
