20/10 would recommend Shannon for your next realtor. She went above a beyond to make sure we got a house in our budget and fit our other specifications. She will help look for repairs and let you know how urgent she thinks they are. She can provide company recommendations for most repairs if they are beyond your ability. She works long days scheduling showings and putting in offers, while communicating efficiently with all parties. I can’t speak highly enough of her passion to help get you into the perfect home, I’m sure she’d be just as awesome at selling your home as well, and we plan to work with her in the future.
