Once I was accepted at the University of Missouri, I had a very short time to buy a house in Columbia, MO. I lived out of State and did not know anyone in Columbia. I went online and looked at several realators. I was impressed with Cynthia's profile so I contacted her. She agreed to help me locate a home. My parents and I traveled to Missouri over a weekend to find me a home. Cynthia spent most of that weekend with us showing us a number of potential homes. Her full attention was on us for 2 days. We were able to find a home. I doubt that we would have been sucessful without her help. When I decided to move back to Ohio and needed to sell the home, Cynthia was the only realator that I contacted. She gave me the same great service. In fact, when problems did arise, she was able to handle them for me since I was again out of State.I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.

I can not give a high enough mark for Cynthia. Always professional, very quick to get back with us on any question we had, Cynthia went above and beyond to help my family find our forever home. If you are in need of someone who gets things done and always available look no further.

Cynthia was great to work with! She helped us purchase our home recently (Sept. 2016). Cynthia helped us purchase our home in 2010 and was excellent in locating properties which fit our needs. Very responsive and very in-tune with the local market. She helped us negotiate a great price on the home. We used Cynthia again to sell the same house this year when we relocated. She did an excellent job of marketing the house and was very helpful as we had moved out of town, she was even good enough to assist with the install of new carpet and to meet a handyman to get some work done when we could not be in town. She held regular open houses and got the property sold for us within several weeks at price that was fair to both the seller and buyer. Highly Recommended!
