Cole Camp is a historic German town located where the Ozarks meets the prairies in Benton County. Dating back to 1839, Cole Camp was the site of one of the first Civil War Battles. If you take a look around this quaint little town, you'll see buildings that date back to pre-Civil War times. The town itself is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a must see!

With a strong German heritage, Cole Camp hosts festivals, events, and serves some of the best German food around. When I was a young girl, my dad would take us to the Cole Camp Fair every year, I have many fond memories of our tradition from riding the rides to trying new foods. Cole Camp also has a wonderful cheese store and a small winery where you can sit and enjoy the scenery of this neat town!
