She was detailed oriented, responsive, personable and clearly an expert when it came to looking at the integrity of the homes. She is someone you would want on your side when shopping for a house. She knows the market, the best lenders, the best insurance agents, the best areas, and most importantly the best value for your dollar. She went above and beyond to help us find a home in a tight market and with our short deadline. We had to rely on Kris to run over to a new home the second it was listed and do a virtual walk through with us. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do that for us.     There is not enough good things to say about our experience with Kris. We were first time homebuyers and had very specific requirements and she went above and beyond. She learned what we needed in a home and went out of her way constantly to assure we had options that fit our needs. The market was very hot when we were buying so she had her work cut out for her, but never once complained. She gave updates constantly and anytime we had a question answered faster than we ever thought would be possible. If you are looking for a realtor that is friendly, who will work harder than imaginable, and will help get you into a home that is perfect for your needs, Kris should be at the top of your list. If we ever have to move again we will be contacting her first thing.
