Nathan helped us buy the property originally and we enjoyed working with so we used his services again for the sale. Nathan guided us through the home selling process from establishing a sale price, prepping the home for showings, and evaluating offers from buyers. He was very detail oriented about the sellers disclosure and helped us produce a high-quality history of our time owning the home.
