    Normandy Place is a premier maintenance-provided villa community located in Leawood.

    The main entrance and the clubhouse is located at 12800 Linden Street, which is essentially 128th and Roe Avenue in Leawood. Consisting of 58 detached and duplex type homes, Normandy Place is an active community with low monthly fees. Services provided include lawn care, trash and snow removal, clubhouse and pool, and exterior painting of trim and garage doors. The pool is a popular location on warm summer days. The clubhouse can be used to accommodate private events with an advance reservation. The clubhouse has a kitchen facility and ample dining tables and chairs that can be set up for private events. Most units have two car attached garages, but some even have three. These units have been well maintained and updated frequently.

    Although the neighborhood sits adjacent to an arterial street (Roe Avenue), there is little traffic through the area other than residents. Roe allows easy access to the Interstate as well as great shopping and dining areas, such as Town Center Plaza, Park Place, Hawthorne Plaza, and Camelot Court. The area has easy access to the Indian Creek Bike and Hike Trail.
