    The Parkhurst community of Lenexa comprises three subdivisions: Highland Pointe, Stonecreek, and The Estates. About 20 homes sell in the combined subdivisions every year, and sales prices range from about $310,000 to $520,000 (in The Estates, which run a little higher than the others).

This 1,600-acre park is the largest in the county and the most visited park in Kansas. A 120-acre lake is housed in this park and is a popular spot for boating, fishing and other water activities. Shelters are available to rent for special events like family reunions and birthday parties.

    With easy access to I-435 highway, grocery stores and shopping centers are conveniently located. Oak Park Mall, the largest mall in the Kansas City metro area, is a known favorite.
