The Woodland Hills Subdivision Real Estate And Homes For Sale In Springfield, MO

I have lived in this subdivision for a few years and have always known how great the neighbors are, but last Sunday at an open house, I witnessed an amazing sight. Not since I was a kid growing up in a small town have I felt this sort of closeness in a community. Neighbors wanted to see how we had transformed one of the ugliest homes in the subdivision. They had seen us working on it for months and were very happy with the transformation.

Most people have lived in the subdivision for 20-30 years, and they came in telling stories and visiting with neighbors. What struck me was not only that the older neighbors came out, but also their sons and daughters and their families. The younger families connected with friends that they had grown up with in the neighborhood when they were kids. It was the best open house I've been part of, and I'm proud to call Woodland Hills home!
