Highly recommend Sybil if your buying or Selling a home. I met Sybil during a showing of a property she was selling. not buying that house I wanted her to be our agent due to her honesty and "no funny buisness" attitude during that showing. We ended up going from showings in Spearville to looking at the home we bought in Cimarron. Not exaggerated, she never left one of our questions unanswered and she returned every phone call within an hour. I had a major issue during my last walkthrough and she took care of it within a day. She is super friendly and down to earth. You won't have to worry about something going over your head because she breaks down everything you need to know and she teaches you along the way.
