Kayla was amazing! We used her to purchase and to sell our home. We are a military family, so some things needed to be done remotely and it could not have been easier both times. She explained everything step-by-step as we were first-time home buyers. She did everything she could to get us the best deal when buying and the best offer when selling. Kayla did an outstanding job helping us find our home! She was very knowledgeable and so helpful with answering all of our questions no matter the time of day. Kayla was so kind and patient with us having our two young children tag along and readily had crayons on hand to help keep them entertained. She even went as far as lending us a shovel so we could actually get into our driveway on closing day.

As first-time sellers, my husband and I were initially intimidated by the entire selling process. She is very easy to work with and does a great job communicating, especially when she hears updates from the seller. We had a ton of questions when it came to the house we ended up purchasing, and she was able to either answer the questions or help us get them answered. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. While we hope to stay in this house for quite a while, Kayla will be the first person we call when we want to sell. We would highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.
