Prairie Trace is a large, established, residential subdivision, developed mostly in the mid-1980's, and most were built by Robert Hogue Construction, one of the areas premier builders at the time. Bob (now deceased) was creative in his designs and always forward-thinking. The area is mostly single-family residences, and there is a area of cluster homes (maintenance-provided) as well; all have a community pool membership available.
