Hi — I’m Alice Leeper, a full-time REALTOR® and Broker-Salesperson with RE/MAX Boone Realty, proudly serving Columbia and Mid-Missouri. Originally from Columbia, I grew up in a military family, lived overseas and across the U.S., and spent nearly two decades in Silicon Valley high-tech marketing.
That background sharpened my skills in communication, technology, and strategic planning — strengths I now apply to helping clients navigate today’s fast-moving real estate market.
In 2004, I returned home to Columbia and began my real estate career. I now hold a Missouri Broker-Salesperson license and serve as the 2026 President of the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® while leading the Hometown COMO Group at RE/MAX Boone Realty. I’m also actively involved in local housing discussions through the Chamber of Commerce and area committees.

    Alice was great to work with in every way. This experience was the fourth one where Alice has been our agent. Each time, she has been extremely attentive, listened well, and worked with us in the best way possible. In one of these four, September 2024, the property did not go on the market -- we heard about it from a freind. Alice was willing to do the paperwork, but went above and beyond that and helped the sellers as well. This particular sale, May 2026, started off with an offer before the house went on the market. The potential buyers were a young couple related to a dear friend of mine. Alice again went to a lot of trouble working with this young couple, who did not have an agent. She is a caring, thoughtful, knowledgable agent. When it came time to list my house, I had many questions regarding how many improvements to make, what kind of improvements to make, pricing, and so on. The house had been my family's home for 32 years. Alice was assuring and had great advice. She guided me through the process and did an excellent job conveying feedback from other agents showing the property. I would definitely choose her the next time I need an agent. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, professionalism, & thoroughness.

    I had some very specific wishes regarding location and budget when I contacted Alice, and throughout the last few months she has always supported me 100%. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about every part of the process, from getting a loan to closing procedures, and she very patiently answered all them, and always made me feel supported and welcomed. She answers emails super late into the night and first thing in the morning. Alice is the best!!

    Alice was very prompt in responding to our emails. She communicated with us on a regular basis to update us on homes we were interested in buying. She was extremely patient with us during home showings. When we decided on the house we wanted to buy, she walked us through every step, from the inspection through the final signing.

    Alice was amazing and regularly went above and beyond. We were selling form 800 miles away and she handled several problems for us (sump pump draining issue, providing a doormat to keep the newly installed laminate flooring from getting trashed) rather than making us search for another option. She unexpectedly answered emails at odd times and in a matter of hours when I fully expected turnaround to be measured in days. Alice made this entire (frustrating) experience much simpler and easier; it was a relief that we, first time home sellers that we were, had someone to go to for all of our questions and concerns.Finding a realtor for us was tricky- I needed someone I could trust as we were moving out of state while the house would be on the market. I interviewed several prospects but Alice was the only person who was honest and very realistic about what was previously a difficult to market property. Others were either to unrealistic, glib or didn't seem to be able to cope with the fact that the house was not what they had been expecting.Alice took everything in stride and with a marvelous sense of humor- I will be forever grateful that we found her.

    Alice Leeper is very professional and knowledgeable about the market in Columbia. She is well-connected and at the very "top of her game". She is highly motivated to make every transaction a positive experience for those she represents, and has extensive knowledge in all areas of showing, negotiating, inspections, lending and the closing process. We've used her multiple times and would highly recommend her as a buyer's agent and/or a seller's agent to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

    I met Alice thru my kids and found her to be very personable and friendly.She must have showed my kids 30 homes before they purchased one through her. I liked her so much that I used her to by a couple pcs of property for myself. She always made herself available to answer questions and if she didn't know the answer was prompt in getting back to me with an answer. I have no problems recomending her to anyone as she is a very knowledgable and profesional in her work. I will use her when I buy my next home.

    We contacted Alice after our home had been on the market for over a year, and we'd had no offers for it. It was a nice home, in a new very nice neighborhood so we couldn't figure out why it wasn't moving. Alice looked at the property, suggested changes to the way it was listed and shown, gave us an honest assessment of the market and its value in the market, then took over the listing. It sold within a couple months. We appreciated her continual contacts, letting us know what was happening, and keeping us always in the loop.

    Alice helped me sell my house when the market was at its lowest. It was also an older home in a community with an abundance of new construction. Since I had moved away, she managed issues that arose with the house while I was gone or that needed to be done to increase salability. I have another house in the same town that is currently rented. If I decide to sell it, she will be the person I ask to handle the sale.
